John Verification Privacy Policy

John is the Roblox account-linking tool operated by Crepz for the Blue Angels Simulator Discord community. This policy covers John's verification website and account-linking features, rather than the separate Roblox game or Discord platform.
Information John uses
When you verify, John uses your Discord account ID and name, your Roblox account ID and public username/profile information, your membership in Crepz Games, and your saved Blue Angels game rank. John reads your current Discord roles to apply the configured community and game-rank roles. Your Roblox display name may be used for the community's nickname format when that feature is enabled.
John stores the link between your Discord and Roblox accounts, a verification timestamp, temporary sign-in session information, and records of attempted and completed role changes. Change records include relevant member/role identifiers and before-and-after role information so mistakes can be investigated and reversed. If nickname syncing is enabled, John also records the old and requested server nicknames and a nickname-job status. Nickname jobs are tied to the verified account link and stop being eligible after ten minutes. The service does not require access to your email, inventory, private messages or Roblox password for verification.
Purpose and sharing
This information is used to prove which Roblox account you control, apply the community's configured roles, refresh your saved game-rank role, prevent duplicate or unauthorized links, and troubleshoot or reverse changes. Your resulting Discord roles and nickname are visible wherever Discord normally displays them.
Roblox handles sign-in and supplies the requested public identity information. Discord receives the community role changes. Cloudflare Workers and D1 host the verification website and its stored records. The operator can access verification and change records for administration and support. John does not sell verification data or use it for targeted advertising. Account verification runs through deterministic checks rather than an AI model. The operator can use connected administrative tools, including AI-assisted tools such as OpenAI Codex, to inspect relevant verification links and role-change records for support, configuration and recovery. Information shared through those tools is also handled under their providers' policies. These tools do not receive your Roblox password or stored OAuth access/refresh tokens.
Cookies, tokens and hosting
John uses a temporary Secure, HttpOnly browser cookie to connect your Roblox sign-in to the verification you started in Discord. It expires after ten minutes. No advertising cookies or third-party analytics are added by the verification pages. Hosting and platform providers may process network and security information under their own policies.
Roblox access and refresh tokens are not saved in John's database. They are used transiently during sign-in; temporary proof and session values are used to complete the account-linking process. Sign-in links should not be shared with anyone else.
Retention and unlinking
Your active account link is kept until you unlink or request deletion. You can use /verify unlink with confirmation in the server to remove the active link. Unlinking does not erase your Roblox game progress or automatically remove Discord roles you already have.
Sign-in sessions expire after ten minutes. Expired session rows are cleaned up when a later verification is started, rather than necessarily being physically deleted at the moment of expiry. Security, change and recovery records can remain after unlinking for troubleshooting and undo. There is currently no fixed automatic deletion period for these records. Contact the operator to request access, correction or deletion of your verification records; the operator may ask you to demonstrate control of the relevant account before acting.

Use this service only if you meet Discord's and Roblox's applicable age and account requirements. It is not intended for children below Discord's minimum age. John is a community tool and is not operated by Roblox, Discord or the U.S. Navy Blue Angels.
